Brush Coating Method
This is another method of cement mortar coating outside of M.S. Pipe.This is effective method and the coating cement applied over the pipe will be good strength in service.
The weld mesh wound pipe will be fixed in machine called coating machine or coating Lathe by both end will be mounted two mandrels with proper tightening.
The machine consist ofTwo mandrel one is drive end and another is idle end.These mandrels mounted over the trolley which will move forward and reverse over a pair of rail arrangements.
The drive end mandrel will rotate constant speed and it will rotate pipe after fixing. So the pipe will rotate and move over trolley.
Ahigh speed reversely mounted bunch of steel wire brushes will have attached with two motors.These units also fitted along with the trolley which is moveable
