It aims to harness Cauvery river water, directly impacting water supply infrastructure in the surrounding regions.

PPR – Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, Telangana

The Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project is divided into 7 links and 28 packages spanning a distance of approximately 500 km (310 mi) through 13 districts and utilizing a canal network of more than 1,800 km (1,100 mi).

Mega – Yadagir Lift Irrigation Project, Karnataka

The Yadgir Multi-Village Drinking Water Supply Scheme in Karnataka, executed by Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL), is a major project designed to provide safe, treated drinking water to over 1.2 million people across 696 rural habitations and three urban areas (Kaka Kimi, Yadgir, Hunasagi). It lifts water from the Krishna River near the Narayanpur Dam to address chronic water scarcity.

GVPR – Waghur Lift Irrigation Project, Jalgaon (MH)

The first phase, recently inaugurated, uses a pump system and a telescopic network to supply 80 farm ponds, significantly enhancing water access for local farmers.

Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi ( HNSS ) Project ( Kurnool-Ananthapur,AP) Project Done Through Ruthvik Constructions

The Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi (HNSS) project, a critical, long-distance water transfer scheme in Andhra Pradesh's Rayalaseema region, has achieved a record by transferring over \(40\) TMC of Krishna water in 190 days. Recent works include increasing pump capacity from 1 to 12, rapid canal lining, and widening. Key Updates on Handri-Neeva Works (2025-2026):

  • The HNSS project transfers Krishna water to the drought-prone Rayalaseema region through enhanced
    pumping and canal lining works. It has crossed 40 TMC of water transfer and aims to reach 50 TMC by
    2026 for irrigation and drinking needs.
